Discovering Basil Soda ...

Visit the Palais de Tokyo on Tuesday afternoon. After racing to reach the rendezvous point, it greets me with the biggest smile and it gives me the famous Backstage Pass. That day, this pass has opened the doors of the world Basil Soda and, I confess, that I will exchanged for anything because I felt like returning to a world fabulous, with beautiful dresses ( that I love to wear if only I was a size model ... but that's not won yet ... )

Former assistant Elie Saab, the Lebanese designer has to be amazing with this game of materials, volumes and colors . His palette in shades of soft leads us to believe that we dream a little more. These models come from his fertile imagination are sewn directly onto the models. Until the last minute, carefully, every detail is seen, reviewed and corrected.

I realized the amount of work required for this collection by observing the wedding dress. I could not tell you how long it had taken exactly, I'll just simply an incomplete answer from one of my mentors in law "a while ( or a certain time, as you want ). ;

Still, I came away from this show thinking that I, too, although I wear one of her princess dresses .... wonderful

Like most keen on fashion know, Fashion Week Haute Couture female full swing in the heart of Paris for our pleasure. It is rare for me to have much time to go ( when I'm lucky to be invited ), but then I made room in my calendar and, together my trusty SLR, we go backstage.

It is time for me to share my first parade this year 2011 ...

is backstage at the parade Eva Minge that I slipped on Monday night. At the heart of the Hotel Bristol that I discovered the new Haute Couture collection of this House. This is not the first time I discovered his work, remember, I had already spoken in HERE.

So I walked dan backstage, minutes before the parade ...

This time, there are two strong colors: red and black ...

Nail Art ... yeah, I know ...

Some time ago, I talked to develop this blog. We speak, course, always fashion (it does not remake) but kitchen and ... nail polish! My other two "passions" if you will.

I always liked the varnish, frankly, I do nails every week (and even several times a week I admit) since I was 13 years, say . And since I discovered a few months, first with ridicule, then with interest, nail art ... That is the word. How did you come? Foolishly, simply by reading an article in Cosmo!

Warning I do not quite nail art, far from it! Type "nail art" on google image and you'll see exactly what I dislike. Not a fan of either what is done in the salon ... But some design, more modern, simply amazed me and I got into it. Now hooked, I wanted to share some of my creations with you.

I know thats the words "nail art" may sound tarty or cheap, but i 've found Some really nice designs and Lately I've Begun to really enjoy it. So here are sacrifice part of "my nails" And Then, Who sacrifice part of Other Girls are clearly "inspiring me!
From now on, this blog will-still-Focus on fashion of course (and some styles are coming up soon!) aussi purpose is food and nails (plain nail polish and nail art stuff).
Tell Me What You think about it. And of course, you CAN loathe it! To me, it's just a new way to have some fun ;-).

For the third time I visited the Salon Eclat de Mode which took Porte de Versailles place this weekend in Paris. Common throughout the capital to join in At the Salon after my Japanese class was the usual marathon. Once there, I could finally enjoy this for what was coming.
